Tomo joined DNX in 2022 as an Investment VP in Tokyo. He began his career in the automotive industry at Mazda in 2006, where he was responsible for product profit control of the Mazda6 (C/D Segment) for the North American Market. In 2009, he was assigned to the joint-venture factory between Mazda and Ford in Michigan, where he served as a corporate planner, leading cost control initiatives. In 2012, he moved to Salesforce Japan as part of the Finance & Strategy team, where he was instrumental in the rapid growth of the SaaS business and organization. In 2016, he joined TeamSpirit, where he was responsible for a wide range of corporate functions, including IPO, IR, and serving as a board member after the IPO. After the term ended in 2021, he joined Hacobu as General Manager of the Corporate Control Division, focusing on scalability and governance of corporate operations. In 2022, he joined DNX Ventures. Tomo holds a master's degree in engineering from Kyushu University.
