Shima joined DNX Ventures in November 2025 as an Investment Associate.After graduating from Keio University, She joined Goldman Sachs Japan in the Investment Banking Division. She advised on domestic and cross-border M&A and capital raising transactions, primarily covering the industrials and financial institutions sectors. She also worked on a range of strategic situations, including activist defense engagements.
